Britex Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer is a high-performance, two-component anti-corrosive primer formulated with epoxy resin and high zinc dust content. It provides cathodic protection to steel surfaces, ensuring excellent resistance against rust, moisture, and harsh environments. With strong adhesion and durability, it is ideal as a first coat under epoxy, polyurethane, or other protective systems.

Application Description

Clean surface thoroughly; remove rust, oil, grease, and contaminants.
For steel: abrasive blast cleaning to SA 2½ is recommended.
Mix Base (Part A) and Hardener (Part B) in the correct ratio.
Apply by brush, roller, or spray gun.
Allow 4–6 hours drying between coats.
Overcoat with epoxy, polyurethane, or enamel topcoats for maximum protection.
Suitable for pipelines, tanks, bridges, ships, and heavy industrial steel structures.
