Product Description

Britex Epoxy Red Oxide Primer is a two-component, anti-corrosive primer formulated with epoxy resin and red oxide pigments. It provides excellent adhesion, rust resistance, and durability on steel and metal surfaces. Designed as a protective undercoat, it ensures strong bonding with subsequent epoxy, polyurethane, or enamel topcoats, making it ideal for industrial and marine environments.

Application Description

Ensure surface is clean, dry, and free from rust, oil, or contaminants.
For steel: abrasive blast cleaning is recommended for best results.
Mix Base (Part A) and Hardener (Part B) in the specified ratio.
Apply with brush, roller, or spray gun.
Allow 4–6 hours drying between coats.
Overcoat with epoxy enamel, polyurethane, or alkyd finishes for maximum protection.
