Application Description

Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, mold, or loose paint. Remove any efflorescence or chalking with appropriate cleaning methods. Fill cracks and surface defects with a suitable exterior-grade filler and sand smooth.

Mixing: Stir thoroughly before use. Thin with up to 20% to 30% clean water if required for ease of application.

Application: Apply evenly using a brush, roller, or spray. Allow to dry for 4–6 hours before applying the topcoat.
